Adults only

VaasFlash contains sexually explicit material. You may use it only if you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and if viewing such material is legal where you are. By entering, you confirm that this is true. Don't let anyone under 18 use your account or device to access the site.

All people shown in videos on VaasFlash were at least 18 years old when the videos were made.

Your account

You need an account, with a working email address, to buy access. Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at support@vaasflash.com if you think someone else has used it.

One account is for one person. Sharing an account, or reselling access to it, isn't allowed.

Passes and payment

Access is sold as a pass: a fixed number of days, or lifetime access, for one category or for every category, at the price shown on the pricing page when you buy.

• One payment, no renewal. A pass never renews or charges you again. When it ends, you can buy another.
• Buying early adds time. A pass bought while one of the same kind is still running starts when the current one ends.
• Payment is in cryptocurrency, handled by our payment provider, NOWPayments. Your access starts once the payment is confirmed on the blockchain. Network fees, and any exchange-rate difference, are yours.
• Lifetime means for as long as VaasFlash runs this service.
• Prices may change, but never for a pass you've already paid for.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Using the site

Your pass lets you stream videos on VaasFlash for your own private, personal use. You may not:

• download, record, copy, share or republish any video, or try to get around the ways we protect them;
• use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access the site;
• interfere with the site, its security or other people's use of it;
• use the site against the law where you are.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, without a refund where the breach is serious (for example, sharing or redistributing videos).

Content

The videos, images, text and design of VaasFlash belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. Your pass gives you a personal, revocable right to watch, nothing more.

Videos may be added, changed or removed at any time, including at a rights holder's request. If you think something on the site shouldn't be there, see our Content Removal Policy.

Availability and liability

We work to keep VaasFlash running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we provide it "as is". As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law where you live doesn't allow us to limit.

Ending your account

You can stop using VaasFlash at any time, and ask us to delete your account by writing to support@vaasflash.com. Deleting an account ends any pass on it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change matters to you, we'll say so on the site or by email; using the site after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, and its courts handle any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.
